Built for Futbola skola – futbols visiem: about 400 children in 9 branches across Riga. Trainings, attendance, payments and messages to parents now live in one system that parents and coaches use straight from Telegram.

One system for every apartment in the house
MF Residence manages residential buildings in Riga: the apartments, the people who live in them, the meters, the bills and the repairs. Until now all of that lived in spreadsheets, chats and the head manager's memory.
We built them a management system that covers every apartment. Readings, invoices, payments and residents' requests arrive in one place and are put together on their own, so the accountants close the month in half the time and nothing gets lost.
Why it matters: the head manager stops being the bottleneck. The time that went into copying numbers now goes into the residents and the buildings.
